We check existing conditions, moisture concerns, and how the space will be used to plan the right approach.
Demo & prep (if needed)
Old flooring removed if necessary, sub-base graded and compacted, vapor barrier installed where needed.
Rebar or wire mesh placed as needed, concrete poured to the correct thickness for the application.
Floor finished smooth, broomed, or polished depending on the intended use.
Proper cure time observed before the floor is put into regular use.
